Cancellation Policy
Cultivating With Sandra Effective Date: October 10, 2026 At Cultivating With Sandra, we understand that plans may change. However, our workshops, classes, events, and consultations require advance planning, preparation, and reserved time.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers may cancel their registration or appointment at any time. All customer-initiated cancellations are nonrefundable.
This policy applies to:
• In-person herbal wellness workshops. • Online classes and educational events. • Gardening consultations. • Herbal product consultations. • Special events and hands-on learning experiences.
Once payment has been completed, no refund will be issued for a customer-initiated cancellation, except where required by applicable law.
2. No-Shows and Missed Events Customers who fail to attend a scheduled workshop, class, consultation, or event will not receive a refund. Failure to attend does not entitle the customer to a credit or complimentary registration for another event.
3. Cancellation by Cultivating With Sandra If Cultivating With Sandra cancels a scheduled event or service, affected customers will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. Customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled event or service.
4. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule an appointment or transfer an event registration may be considered at our discretion, depending on availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and rescheduling does not create a right to a refund.
5. Agreement to Policy
By registering for an event, booking a consultation, or purchasing an educational service, customers acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. Important: Customers may cancel their participation, but no refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations, except as required by law.
