At Cultivating With Sandra, we are committed to providing quality herbal products, educational experiences, and personalized services. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before making a purchase or registering for an event.
1. Workshops, Classes, and Events
All event registration fees are nonrefundable unless Cultivating With Sandra cancels the event.
Refunds will not be issued for: • Customer-initiated cancellations. • Missed workshops or classes. • No-shows. • Scheduling conflicts. • Changes in personal circumstances. • Failure to attend or participate in a registered event.
2. Events Canceled by Cultivating With Sandra If Cultivating With Sandra cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund of the registration amount paid. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
3. Consultations and Educational Services Payments for scheduled consultations and educational services are nonrefundable when canceled by the customer, except where required by applicable law. If Cultivating With Sandra cancels a paid consultation or service and does not provide it, a full refund will be issued.
4. Herbal Products and Physical Merchandise
Due to the personal-use nature of herbal wellness products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
Unopened products are also generally final sale, except where required by law.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is not delivered, please contact us promptly with your order information and supporting photographs, if applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Digital Products and Educational Materials Digital downloads, educational guides, recipes, and other downloadable materials are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.
6. Agreement to Refund Policy By completing a purchase, booking a consultation, or registering for an event, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
