The information and products provided by Cultivating With Sandra are for educational and informational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Products & Purchasing
By purchasing from Cultivating With Sandra, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Cultivating With Sandra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping; however, we will work with you to resolve issues with the carrier.
Workshops & Cancellations
Advance registration is mandatory for all holistic workshops and gardening sessions. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future session at our discretion. Effectively starting October 10, 2026.
Intellectual Property Rights
All material provided by Cultivating With Sandra, including but not limited to botanical photography, herbal wellness recipes, educational gardening guides, and workshop curricula, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Liability & Policy Changes
We strive for accuracy, yet 'Cultivating with Sandra' is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our site, products, or herbal wellness materials. Participation in our workshops is at your own risk.
We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site signifies your agreement to those changes.
